A strong, healthy and flexible body

Get back in touch with your unique body with yoga. Learn how to embrace its strengths and weaknesses as well as improving your strength, fitness, flexibility and balance. Learn how to feel good in your own skin as well as ways to keep your body working well through listening to its unique needs and accepting its limitations.

Restore your natural equilibrium

Through both the physical action of an asana practice, and breathwork, learn how to get in touch with your true inner self. In doing so you will learn to re-balance your body and mind.

Hatha yoga in beautiful Aberdeenshire

After years of practicing yoga with Steve Harrison at the Yoga Sanctuary in Southampton, Gael was inspired to undertake the Sanctuary’s teacher training course (accredited by the Independent Yoga Network). She felt driven to share the wisdom of traditional Hatha Yoga from her base in Aberdeenshire.

Gael is also a fully trained children’s yoga teacher having qualified with the LKY Teacher Training School and enjoys sharing her knowledge with all ages.

The Living Yoga Method

We teach the Living Yoga Method, which gives you a toolbox that you can use for life. Based on the ancient traditions of Hatha yoga, we empower you to get more in touch with your body and your true self through the use of both pranayama (breath work) and asana (posture work).

Using an optimised set of yogic kriyas, breathing techniques and relaxation exercises, Living Yoga gives you the power to look after both your mind and body. This is especially important given the challenges of today’s modern world.
